The flight was flawless and came on the anniversary of the Sputnik I launch in 1957.
There was a lot of media coverage but Space flight now is probably representative of the better-informed efforts.

Not to boast or anything (hee) but I predicted back in June that Rutan would move on to a scaled up commercial tourist version of SS1 and this has now been confirmed.
