....another 'great ring' like the one found on Iapetus, reaching around the entire globe ?

....except that Titan's appears to be tilted by ~20 degrees relative to the equator, and is interrupted in places by the white terrain (although even there, traces of it can be made out).

Nothing about it in the JPL caption though.
