Dr. Steven Howe on Nuclear Propulsion

In a recent episode of The Space Show Dr. Howe discussed his work on nuclear thermal rockets.  I also includes a call by me at near the conclusion.  He addresses post NERVA technologies and how we can test NTR on earth within environmental rules.
